For the salad

1 cup (0.24 l) cooked and drained haricot
1 cup (0.24 l) sliced cherry tomatoes
2 carrots peeled and julienne
1 shot of Nutrioli® Spray oil
1 head of lettuce, mini ear lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste

For the dressing, mix the Nutrioli Oli de Nutrioli Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley, and basil, and stir well.
Spray a shot of Nutrioli Oil Spray on a grill, halve the lettuce, and place it on the grill. Cook for only one minute.
In a bowl, arrange the lettuce, beans, tomatoes, and carrots, bathe with the dressing, and serve immediately.
