Delicious Veggie Dumplings Recipe

  • Heat the Nutrioli® oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables and tofu. Add the soy sauce and ginger, stir, and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the tofu is slightly browned. Chop all the vegetables and tofu into tiny squares. Fill the discs with a portion of vegetables and tofu and close them traditionally.

  • Heat the Nutrioli® oil in a frying pan and fry the dumplings until they are completely golden brown on one side. At this point, you will have almost no oil left in the pan. Now pour the water and cook on high heat until the water is wholly consumed. Heat will finish the remaining water by boiling over high heat, and the dumplings will be well-cooked and very soft.

  • To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients and serve.
